COVID-19 – An Update on Our Service to You
As we continue to navigate the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Globe Pest Solutions management team are meeting regularly to monitor the situation. Our business continuity protocols have been enacted to ensure the safety of employees, customers and our communities, and to ensure stability of service and supply to our customers and suppliers.
To that end, we have assessed the situation at each of our 10 retail branches and have implemented local strategies designed to prioritise the safety of our staff and customers, whilst ensuring our service and supply of products remains undisrupted. As the situation evolves these strategies may include protocols that could change the way in which we service our customers.
The fluid nature of the situation is such that we will continue to adjust our approach at each site as the situation develops and will endeavour to clearly communicate this to our customers if and when changes that affect our service model are implemented at each branch.
