FlowZone Van and Ute Mounted Sprayer Rack Assembly Instructions: Quick and Easy Assembly for On-the-Go Professionals

Installing your FlowZone Van and Ute Mounted Backpack Sprayer Rack is simple with the included stainless steel hardware.

Follow these step-by-step instructions to secure your rack and ensure your sprayer stays safe during transport.

What You’ll Need:

• 13 mm wrench
• 17 mm wrench
• 4 mm Allen key
• M8x1.25 bolts and nuts (included)

Step 1: Align the upright steel plate with the base steel plate of the rack, using the square holes as your guide.

Step 2: Insert two M8x1.25 bolts into the square openings on each side and hand-tighten the nuts. Use the 13 mm wrench to fully secure them.

Step 3: Insert another M8x1.25 bolt through the back opening of the upright steel plate, secure with a nut, and tighten with a wrench.

Step 4: Align the steel lid with the upright steel plate using the round holes as a guide.

• Top position = fits 15-litre (4-gallon) sprayers
• Bottom position = fits 9.5-litre (2.5-gallon) sprayers

Step 5: Using a 4 mm Allen key, insert a shoulder nut and bolt into the top hole of the lid and secure. Repeat on the other side to ensure smooth lid rotation.

Step 6: Insert the stainless steel locking pin and tighten the jam nut with a 17 mm wrench to secure the pin firmly in place.
