How long does it take to receive my order?
The time it takes to receive your order will depend on factors including your delivery address, the number of items purchased, the dispatch warehouse and stock availability.
- For deliveries to regional or rural addresses, please allow additional time to receive your order.
- For products that are stocked to order, cut to order, printed to order or custom-made, please allow additional time for your order to be dispatched.
Based on these various factors, it may take between 1 day to 2 weeks to receive your order.
What locations do you deliver to?
Our 3rd party couriers will deliver to most postcodes across Australia. However, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
If you have entered a PO Box as your shipping address, our Customer Support team will contact you about arranging an alternate delivery location.
Why does the delivery charge vary?
Delivery fees are calculated based on a range of factors including size, weight, and where the items need to be delivered. Large, bulky, or heavy items and orders that need to travel over larger distances, or to regional areas will incur higher freight charges.

Do you offer free delivery?
Globe Pest Solutions offers free delivery for large orders over a certain value across different delivery regions. Please log in, add your order to your cart and proceed to the checkout to calculate if your order is eligible for free delivery.
