TERM-seal Penetration Collars provide a termite and moisture-proof seal where concrete slabs have been penetrated to accommodate services. Available to fit diameters 40, 50, 65, 80 and 100mm pipes, TERM-seal Penetration Collars are installed in conjunction with TERM-seal Sealant Active to seal off concealed access for termites.
Where a rigid collar is not able to be used due to slab and/or construction design, we have developed the PRM soft annular collar that meet and exceed the Australian Standard 3660.1 – 2014 which is available in 40 electrical, 40 water, 50, 65,80 and 100mm sizes.
In some instances a concreter will pour the slab without any termite protection, we have a solution for these problem jobs using TERM-seal Sealant Active.
