TERM-seal Sealant Active is designed for use in joints and cracks of all types to protect buildings and other structures from entry by termites. Used by itself for construction joints & saw cuts, it also compliments other TERM-seal products as a bonding agent for concrete, timber, and masonry, sealing penetration collars to pipes, repairs, and joints.
Key features of TERM-seal Sealant Active:
- Contains 0.1% Bifenthrin
- No-slump thixic compounds designed to cope with the rigours of construction and joint movement
- Termite resistant and waterproof
- Highly UV stable and compatible with all TERM-seal products and other types of water-based waterproofing and paints
- Used to seal all types of construction joints, gaps and fissures
- Used in conjunction with TERM-seal PRM Active to form a gasket between the building substrate surface and the PRM, and for sealing joints and overlaps between two sheets of PRM
- Can be used to treat around penetrations
- Used to form a seal when jointing metal ant capping
