Physical & Chemical Termite Barriers - TERM-seal

TERM-seal PRM Active (poly reinforced membrane) is a specialised termite and moisture proof sheeting that doubles as a damp course over masonry to provide a continuous physical termite barrier for all types of construction.

TERM-seal soft annular collars are used to protect slab penetrations and prevent the entry of Termites. These collars are supplied pre-cut to fit 40mm (water), 40mm (elect), 50mm, 65mm, 80mm, and 100mm pipe and conduit sizes.

TERM-seal Ura-Fen Termite Resistant Adhesive is a high-quality, solvent-based polymer adhesive, specifically formulated for bonding TERM-seal Ura-Fen Shield TWB to concrete, masonry and sealing joins and corners of the termite barrier.

TERM-seal Multi-Purpose Active is a highly engineered, acrylic polymer-based liquid which upon curing forms a seamless, flexible, termite resistant and waterproof membrane. TERM-seal Multi-Purpose Active is applied by brush, roller or heavy-duty airless spray gun, applications include wall backfills, internal walls, internal wet areas, construction joints, step downs & cavities.

TERM-seal Penetration Collars provide a termite and moisture-proof seal where concrete slabs have been penetrated to accommodate services. Available to fit diameters 40, 50, 65, 80 and 100mm pipes, TERM-seal Penetration Collars are installed in conjunction with TERM-seal Sealant Active to seal off concealed access for termites.

TERM-seal Reo-Band FG is non-woven fibreglass mat, specially manufactured with a wax type coating which provides ease of use. The Reo-Band FG is designed for use with TERM-seal Sealant Active and TERM-seal Multi-Purpose Active Coating to reinforce joints and corners.

TERM-seal Sealant Active is designed for use in joints and cracks of all types to protect buildings and other structures from entry by termites. Used by itself for construction joints & saw cuts, it also compliments other TERM-seal products as a bonding agent for concrete, timber, and masonry, sealing penetration collars to pipes, repairs, and joints.

TERM-seal Ura-Fen Shield TWB is termite and waterproofing barrier for all building situations. It is a triple layer sheet barrier used to form a continuous moisture proof and termite resistant barrier around the cavity perimeter and construction joints of new slab-on-ground structures. Use as a termite/damp-coarse barrier combination for installation across cavities, or as a termite/vapour barrier combination for full under-slab installation.
